Recipe for spring rolls from a hot air fryer
Prepare this healthy crispy goodness from further Asia in the Orava Airy-4 hot air fryer. Compared to classic frying, you only need a few drops of oil to prepare spring rolls, the circulating hot air will take care of the rest. Food will be less greasy, healthier and easier to digest. However, it will taste delicious - crispy on the outside, fresh on the inside
You will need: rice paper, various harder vegetables cut into noodles (carrot, kohlrabi, onion...), shrimp or salmon, black pepper, salt, fish sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame seeds
How to do it: Fry the vegetables in a pan with a little oil and season them. Marinate shrimp or salmon in salt, lemon juice and sauces. Soften the rice paper in water and then add the vegetables, salmon/shrimp to the center and roll everything up. Line the Orava Airy-4 hot air fryer with baking paper and place the rolls on it. Bake them for 10 minutes at 200 0C, then turn the rolls and repeat the process. Serve the spring rolls with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
