When we winterized our prefabricated cabin Iveta, it was a relatively simple matter. Apart from clearing hornet or wasp nests and a few routine tasks like checking the windows and turning off the electricity, the most important task was pouring a pound of salt into the toilet bowl and sink to keep the pipes from freezing. However, modern times offer a number of wonderful possibilities, thanks to which even previously uninhabitable huts can become wonderfully heated nests. What do you have available?

A classic that will warm you up

The infrared wall heater Orava IO-20 is used to individually transfer heat to people and rooms using infrared heat generated by a non-glare gold-plated infrared tube. It is suitable for placement in outdoor and indoor spaces - on terraces, in garages, in bathrooms, etc. The heater is resistant to adverse weather conditions. 

Fixing the heater to the wall is so simple that anyone can do it. The body of the heater is stable and made of aluminum with protection class IP55. The device is equipped with a thermal switch, i.e. a fuse that protects the device from overheating and automatically switches off the device in the event of a risk. Control is simple and convenient with the help of a remote control, on which it is possible to regulate the power in three levels - 750 W, 1,500 W and 2,000 W.

Warmth here and now

If you need to warm up immediately, the halogen heater Orava HO-83 is suitable, which can connect up to three heating elements at once. You can choose from three levels of heating power. In the first level, you will be heated by one halogen tube with a power of 400 watts, when setting the second mode, two halogen tubes will take care of you with a combined power of 800 watts, and in the case of the third mode, the three halogen tubes logically add up to a power of 1,200 watts. You can set the power manually using the rotary control.

The light weight and practical handle guarantee that you can easily move the heater wherever you need it. The simple design in gray fits perfectly into any room. Thanks to the oscillation function, it can rotate up to an angle of 70° for more effective spreading heat throughout the room. The halogen heater also has a safety switch off in case the device falls over. In addition, it has a guaranteed high heating efficiency without swirling the air. You can get the same characteristics, but a smaller shape of the heater, a little cheaper in this variant.
